Terms and Conditions
The Proprietors reserve the right to alter or cancel the booking arrangements in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If cancellation by the Proprietor is necessary, the monies received shall be returned in full. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
The Booley is available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure. Any departures after 11am may incur an extra change for late departures.
The Proprietors shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to clients or any third parties during their stay.
The Clients shall keep the accommodation and all furniture and fittings in the same state of repair as at the commencement of the stay and shall leave the property in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.
Cancellation by the booker
If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days before arrival you will receive a full refund less any payment processing fees.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

Directions
The farm is directly off the A2 between Newcastle and Kilkeel. Coming from Newcastle pass through Annalong, about two miles further on is Ballymartin. Driving out of Ballymartin at the bottom of the hill we are on the right. The entrance is between the Main House and the bungalow.
From Kilkeel, we are 2 miles out of Kilkeel on the A2. Just before Ballymartin we are on the left at the bottom of the hill.
Getting around
Parking is in the farm yard. No 37 bus (Translink) drops off and pick up outside front gate.
Neighbourhood description
Working farm. Quiet at night but can be busy during the day. There is a pub in Ballymartin and Annalong is close with the Halfway House, a Chinese take away and traditional fish and chip shop. Kilkeel is 5 minutes and Newcastle is 10 minutes. The Mournes are 10 minutes drive and the beach is 10 minutes walk. There is secure storage for bicycles in the farm yard.
